Cancellation

• If you need to cancel your membership with the James Family Prescott YMCA, we recommend cancelling the membership in person to minimize confusion and to ensure the transaction is completed as expected.
• If you choose to reactivate your account within 90 days of the cancellation date, you will not be charged a reactivation fee.
• To request cancellation via the contact us form on this page, clearly state that you are requesting to cancel your membership, provide your member ID number, and list all of the people on your account. After submitting your request, please contact the James Family Prescott YMCA to confirm receipt of your request.
• Cancellations must be submitted by the 25th of the month in order to be processed and to take effect before the next month's billing cycle.
• It is your responsibility to verify the bank draft has been stopped by checking your bank statement or by calling your bank within 30 days of canceling your membership.
