Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks is an acrobatic discipline that combines performance, dance, and acrobatics while safely hanging from fabric that is suspended from an aerial apparatus. The practice involves climbing the fabric, wrapping the fabric around the body, and using strength to defy gravity and perform a variety of movements while suspended.

Aerial Silks can be a full-body workout that builds strength in the forearms, biceps, back, abdomen, and legs, while increasing endurance, cardio strength, and flexibility.

Sophisticated and elegant, the combination of strength, flexibility, and artistry will get you floating on air while toning the entire body.
