Self Defense Class Print E-mail

Friday Evenings, 6:00-7:00 pm in the Y Aerobic studio

This self-defense class will emphasize “Protecting Yourself and Those Around You.”  The class also includes safety awareness, self-confidence and overall well-being. 

Class design: Warm-up, Self defense techniques which will include: armed and unarmed self defense skills, controlling techniques, take-downs, hold escapes, body mechanics and numerous other martial art skills effective for various age and body types.

Teenagers and above are welcomed.  Parent and child are welcomed to attend together.
