The first half of the remodel is finished and we are patiently
anticipating the completion of phase two. Many of our members have
been asking what are we doing with the older fitness rooms. In the old fitness center rooms we are adding: Central air and heat, water sprinklers, a new spinning room, storage for the aerobic studio, a new conference room, new flooring and paint, and we are tearing down te east wall to open up the weight room. There is a lot going on!

Members from our exciting Spin Classes are planning a Spin-a-thon to be held in January 2009. There will be team challenges, door prizes and much more. Our Goal is to purchase a new stereo & speakers plus 5 or 6 new spin bikes to add to the bikes we have and to replace those that need to be updated. So get your team together and start training. Teams can consist of 8 or more riders. More information on the Spin-a-thon will be coming soon. If you’d like to help plan or if you’d like to donate to the spin room, please contact Debra Carbone.
