Prescott YMCA Dodgeball Tournament(S):
Seasonal dodgeball events take place here at the YMCA. Come with a team of 6-8, or on your own and we will place you on a team. A costume contest and prizes are part of the event(s) which is suitable for almost any age. Teams will be broken up in to age divisions and will participate in a double elimination tournament. Prizes will be awarded for tourney winners and/or costume winners.
Cost: YMCA Members: $3.00, Community Members: $5.00
Turkey "Shoot" : For ages 6-70+ November 22nd, 2014, 10:30am – 12:00noon.
Registration begins October 1st. Come out and win your Thanksgiving turkey at the YMCA’s 11th Annual Turkey “Shoot” Free Throw Competition. The most baskets made in each of our 6 age divisions win a turkey! This annual tradition will be held on Saturday, November 22nd, 2014. Warm ups and late registration from 10:00am – 10:30am.
Cost: YMCA Members: $5.00, Community Members: $7.00
Open Rec Basketball
Come in and practice your basketball skills or scrimmage a game with friends and family. Refer to monthly gymnasium schedule
Indoor Soccer Pick-up Games
Indoor Soccer pick up games starting DECEMBER 6th!!
The pick-up games are moving BACK INSIDE for winter beginning Friday, Dcember 6th, 2013. 8:00pm-9:30pm every Friday (unless otherwise noted). Free for Y members; $3.00 for community members.
Adult Pick-up Basketball
Full or half court pick-up games. Refer to monthly gymnasium schedule.Ages: coed 15+
Ladies' Hoops: Get your cardio while learning and playing the game of basketball. Scrimmage, drills, exercise, rules, and fun. Refer to monthly gymnasium schedule for times and dates.
Ages: Women 16+
Monday through Thursday mornings, 8:00am - 9:30 am. Pick-up games for this sport with an unusual name, are fun for all ages. Participants use paddles in a game that combines tennis and ping pong. Singles or doubles can play.
