NEW!!! POUND!!! Tuesdays @ 5:30 pm in Studio A. Bring your energy to this class and get ready for a "rockout workout"! Sign up ahead of time, space is limited to 25 participants. The instructor for this class is Tiger.

NEW!!! BOOTY BARRE!!! (pronounced bar) Wednesdays @ 4:30 and Saturdays @ 12:30 in Studio A. This ballet inspired workout will be sure to give your spirit (and booty!) a lift! The instructor for this class is Kelsey Gillespie.

Traditional Fitness ClassesWe offer a variety of group exercise classes that will get your heart pumping and build cardio stamina while burning calories.

Boot Camp: Class meets in the gym or park. This class offers a different workout every week with Interval training, circuit training and endurance training. We use medicine balls, bosu balls, ViPRs, free weights and other equipment to build strength, agility, coordination and endurance. Games are also part of this class so be prepared to work hard and have FUN!

Booty Barre: An energetic, fun workout that fuses techniques from dance, Pilates and yoga that wil tone, define and chisel the whole body. No dance experience needed! It is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast!

Bosu Classes: The Bosu is a ˝ dome ball used for balance, plyometrics, strength training and cardio. Some classes incorporate the movements you would use in a step class. These classes are high intensity and heavy cardio.

Pilates Power Abs: These classes will improve your strength, posture, balance and flexibility with exercises based on the principals of Pilates, yoga and traditional strength training. These classes sometimes incorporate the use of bands and balls.

Group Cycle Classes: Group cycle is a great cardio workout and is appropriate for all fitness levels. You can adjust your workout to match your personal fitness level. The instructors will lead you on a ride designed to improve your fitness on a variety of levels: Endurance, Strength, Interval and All-Terrain.

Hip Hop: Get your groove on with this fun filled cardio dance workout! Hip hop fitness combines simple dance moves with upbeat music for all ages and fitness levels. You won’t even feel like you are working out!

Cardio Kickbox: A FUN Kickboxing class which combines martial arts and boxing moves with cardio training to increase muscular strength, endurance, agility, coordination and flexibility. This is an energizing workout. You not only burn calories, but you can burn off a little stress too. Emphasis is on core training, punching, and kicking to the latest tunes.

Mommy Boot Camp: is a postnatal class to provide a chance for New Moms to workout and get back into shape with their newborn or while pregnant. Babies may be in packs or in strollers during class period while moms exercise together. Babies starting at 3 months of age to 3 years may attend. Safety of the older children attending is the responsibility of their parent.

Pilates: This class is designed to train the body in proper alignment using the strength of the smaller muscles to develop balance throughout the body. Pilates will help create a longer, leaner look. Stand taller, feel more powerful and breathe more deeply. Classes taught by a Certified Stott Instructor. $ Fee class

Piyo: PiYo is a fusion style strength and flexibility mat class. It combines Pilates, Yoga and strength condition in a flowing sequence designed for those who like to move with grace and power.

POUND: A full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45 minute series. Burn calories, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles and drum your way to a leaner you!

Pump Iron: This is group weight training at its best. This class uses a barbell that ranges in weight from 5 to 40 lbs. You build strength, stamina and develop a leaner body. Free weights, bands, medicine balls, bosu balls, and stability balls are also used in this class.

R.I.P.P.E.D.: Are you ripped? Do you want to be? Ripped stands for Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance with advice and information on Diet/nutrition. You will perform intervals consisting of 6-9 minutes where you will burn body fat, build lean muscle, boost your metabolism and increase your energy! Take your body to the next level - come try it out!

Roll & Restore: This class uses the foam roller to help relieve tension in your muscles and connective tissues, plus it will help improve your balance and strength. It hurts so good!

Silver Sneakers: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Friday’s class focuses more on stretching, posture, balance and relaxation.

Smart & Fit: A creative combination of Y-Fit and Smart Moves, this low to no impact aerobic class has easy to follow routines in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Get moving and have fun!

Step: For a more advanced cardio class try this fun, upbeat challenging workout! A high intensity, low impact aerobic program, step involves stepping up and down on an adjustable platform while performing a variety of movements and routines. Some classes use a bosu.

Stretch & Flex: Stretching and range of motion for the muscles and joints of the body. Class time is used to help strengthen core stabilizing techniques to build a stronger and more flexible body.

Stretch, Move & Balance: This class is designed to relax and de-stress from the everyday world. Most of the work is standing with the warm-up and cool down using the chair. Be prepared to enjoy a multitude of movement incorporating, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, yoga, balance, breath work, stretch and relaxation. This is truly a Spirit, Mind and Body class.

Sunday Slam: A super fun combination of Pump Iron and Boot Camp. Class starts at 9:05 in the aerobics room where you will build strength with the use of barbells and dumbbells for the first half of class. Then the second half of class will be in the gym for intervals and body weight training.

Tai Chi: (Studio B) This ancient Chinese martial art has two purposes: self-defense and moving meditation. Sifu Carlos teaches a 64 form adaptation of the Yang Ban-Hou style which features dynamic postures, practical movements and, as with all Tai Chi styles, promoting enhanced balance and coordination.

Total Body TabataTM: This is a high intensity interval training class. We follow the 20 seconds of hard work followed by 10 seconds rest ptotocol. This cycle repeats for 4 minutes. Then allows for a 1 minutes break. There are 10 4-minute intervals throughout the class. This class is fun, fast paced and can be modified for all levels of fitness. But, be prepared to sweat!

WOW - Women on Weights: Great for the beginning exerciser, W.O.W utilizes hand held weights, bands, balls, tubing and body weight to tone and strengthen the body.

Y- Fit: Low impact aerobics at its best. This class is a traditional low-impact class with warm-ups, cardio section, and standing or floor strength work, and stretch.

Yoga: Yoga is a style of movement utilizing different poses which can work to increase strength, balance, flexibility and mental focus. We offer a variety of Yoga styles so please refer to the schedule for specific class levels.

Zumba™: Add a dollop of salsa, dash of calypso to a slice of merengue stir the mix to Latin music and they call it Zumba! A dance exercise workout. Be ready to sweat to Latin rhythms. If you are new Zumba, the Friday class is a great start for beginners.
