Mary is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years.  Helping clients reach their health and fitness goals is priority #1.  She loves running and riding her bike.  She is a Group Instructor for the Pump Iron and Boot Camp classes.  As the Boot Camp Instructor, her creative approach has taught many members a whole new way of looking at exercise and that it can actually be fun!  She is a Certified Group Instructor through YMCA of the USA.

For the past 8 years Steven built his own fitness profession studying with world class experts and training hundreds of unique clients.  For 6 years he owned a successful gym and personal training service in Seattle.  His training style is  based on the science of functional exercise, natural human movement and eating whole foods.  When training with Steven his goal is to make it fun and easy to maximize your potential and achieve your goals.  Your fitness program includes exercises and training methods used by industry leaders that effectively build healthy lean muscle, improve freedom of movement and enhance the quality of everyday activities.  Your workouts are challenging, never boring and help create life-long positive change.
