TRX SUMMER CLASS AT THE PARK!

TRX Class offered at the park in our large ramada during the Summer months. TRX suspenstion trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself in each exercise. You simply adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance. This is core training at it best!
